Shipping Policy:
Glossiphie Beauty has a processing time of 2-5 business days. This means that your order will be confirmed but it will take 2-5 business days to be shipped. After that please give your order time to arrive especially during the holidays. 

Returns Policy:

All Sales are Final! Glossiphie Beauty does not accept order returns at this time.

Lost/Damaged/Stolen Packages:

We do NOT refund or replace lost/damaged packages. After your package has left my hands, I do not have control over it. In the unfortunate event that your package does get lost or arrive damaged, you need to contact the post office for your money back!

Mistake with Order:

Received the wrong item? Apologies! Glossiphie will issue a refund for the item that was not received, OR send the correct item if the item is still in stock.
